Asking this question will open up your mind
I have started to think more about the word awesome.
Why?
Because it seems to me that this is what customers, clients and users expect.
Organisations today have to aspire to be awesome.
So in my ruminations I started to ask myself:
Wouldn’t it be awesome if …
For example:
Wouldn’t it be awesome if your clients paid their bills ahead of time?
Wouldn’t it be awesome if we could unlock the ideas and passion of all our employees?
Wouldn’t it be awesome if our leaders listened rather than talked?
etc
etc
These types of disruptive questions set the stage for enormous leaps in creativity and innovation.
It can be a way of also framing any brainstorming, problem-solving, ideation or strategy session.

It’s a tool which will open your mind to amazing new possibilities.
