They need to have an innovation goal if it is to be taken seriously.
And I mean every group and team not just the staff directly involved with innovation.
Every group needs to find ways to:
– Improve
– Delete
– Enhance
– Accelerate
– Simplify
IDEAS.
Imagine the power if every group or team can find ways to improve or delete or enhance etc any process, product, customer experience, procedure or practice.
The point is this — innovation is far too important to be left to only the innovation staff.
It should become a KPI for every group and team and leader.
