At last, there is a faster, easier & simpler approach to innovation

Innovation for too long has been seen as a mysterious quality that some organisations have and others do not.

There is a belief that you either have it (e.g. Apple) or you don’t.

If you don’t have it then there is not much you can do about it.

But what if you, your team and organisation could learn to become more innovative.

Well I believe you can.

And the starting point is what I call small wins innovation.

What is small wins innovation?

It is any small idea, solution, action, change or improvement that could make a difference to someone’s life.

– The emphasis here is on the small things that potentially could make a big difference

– The some-one could be a customer, client, partner, supplier or work colleague.

It could be a new way to conduct meetings or a new product feature or leaders simply saying ‘yes and’ before saying no.

Thinking of small changes like this means that everyone in an organisation can express and test their creativity and passion.

It means everyone and every team can become small wins innovation champions.
